Today, March 13th, is Day 22 of the Northern Italian Coronavirus story. Today people in the building have fever.
We overheard them talking on their phone to their doctor. We weren’t exactly eavesdropping. They were on their balcony, and their voice carried over to ours.
Now what? There are no masks. No gel. How will we take the elevator, touch buttons and door handles? How will we get out?
From Day 1-21, Milan was in denial:
“It’s not here: let’s have a pizza out.”
“It’s not here: let’s meet for an aperitivo.”
“It’s not here: let’s go to the mall.”
We didn’t social distance.
Now look.

Thanks Trish!
Sending you good wishes, Natalia!
Thanks dear Riba! Same to you!
If you have anything around that has anti inflammatory properties (Whether herbs, supplements, teas, etc.) it might help!
Thanks Josh!
This is a good idea–Here’s a link to an article from Harvard Medical School for an anti-inflammatory diet: Foods that fight inflammation
Doctors are learning that one of the best ways to reduce inflammation lies not in the medicine cabinet, but in the refrigerator. By following an anti-inflammatory diet you can fight off inflammation for good.
